Admission Process for International Students
Step-by-Step Admission Process:
Submit your application through the How to Apply section. Refer to the provided link.
Attach the necessary documents to the online application form:
1. Academic Transcript and Certificate
2. Copy of your Passport
3. Birth Certificate
4. Recent passport-size photograph
Your application will be evaluated based on the academic and English language entry requirements of your chosen program.
If your application is successful, you will receive a Letter of Offer, along with a copy of e-form 16 and e-form V36 for your student pass application.
If your application is not successful, the admissions team will notify you and discuss alternative options.
Accept the Letter of Offer.
Submit e-form 16 and e-form V36 along with an application fee of S$ 160.00 to Educare Global Academy via the payment methods mentioned in the Letter of Offer.
Upon receiving your documents, EGA will submit your student pass application to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Singapore. The processing time generally takes 2-4 weeks, though some applications may take longer.
If your student pass application is approved, you will receive the Standard PEI-Student Contract and Form-12 Advisory Note to Singapore.
Read the Standard PEI-Student Contract thoroughly before signing.
Make the course fee payment after signing the Standard PEI-Student Contract and Form-12 Advisory Note.
You will also receive information for your preparation to travel to Singapore, including: Reporting and orientation schedule
If your student pass application is rejected, the admissions team will notify you and discuss alternative options.
Upon arrival, report to our Student Service office to complete the administrative formalities as outlined in the reporting and orientation schedule.
Orientation will be scheduled before your course begins, covering:
- Information about your program
- Details about the campus and student services
- Attendance requirements
- Singapore’s laws and regulations
